February 2008
Well the New Year is well underway and the ever dancing white flakes of snow are still gracing us with their presence. The cold seems never ending no matter how many layers of clothing you add to your ever growing ensemble. Fingers and toes still seem to cry icy burn no matter how much youve over spent on supposed frozen tundra proof wear. Not even hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate can defeat the big chill. There is no easy answer as to why we drag ourselves thru what seems as a never ending torture. Is it for the love of our horses? Is it for a mission we need to conquer or overcome? Whatever the reason may be, we always seem to endure the roadblocks that try and prevent us from accomplishing our vocation. Soon enough the sweet smell of Spring throws sweet confections our way reminding us once again, to look for the grateful reflections in the water bucket.
